We provide clear, court-ready legal document preparation for self-represented individuals and law firms in California. Our founder is a foreign-trained attorney with hands-on experience preparing civil filings, landlord-tenant answers and motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial-prep binders. As a Paralegal and registered LDA (Legal Document Assistant), our role is to translate your goals into correct forms, exhibits, and filings—on time and in the right format.
What We Do
- Civil litigation support: complaints, answers, affirmative defenses, motions, oppositions, and proposed orders.
- Discovery drafting: form interrogatories, special interrogatories, RFAs, RFPs, subpoenas, and meet-and-confer letters.
- Landlord-tenant (UD) filings: answers, demurrers, motions to quash, fee waivers, and trial-prep exhibits.
- Record requests & subpoenas: medical, employment, DMV, custodian of records.
- Formatting & bundling: exhibits, declarations, proofs of service, pagination, OCR, and e-filing readiness.
- Bilingual translations and declarations (English/Arabic) when needed.
